Speaking sessions
At least 36 hours notice is required in order to change the arranged time of a speaking session in any given week. In cases where a learner is in the same country as his/her teacher, at least 24 hours notice is required in order to change the arranged time of a speaking session.
Payment
Payment must be received in full before the commencement of a course.
Cancellation
A refund will be given for any remaining weeks in cases where a request for cancellation has been received at least one week prior to the required cancellation date.
