A lot of IELTS candidates find this type of question very difficult, Manoj. To help you decide which idea is the main idea in a paragraph, here are some guidleines for you:

For the first paragraph of a text, the main idea is often towards the end of the paragraph.

For a paragraph in the body of a text, the main idea is usually in the first sentence or two depending on how long the paragraph is.

For the last paragraph of a text, the main idea is often towards the end of the paragraph.

These guidelines are for IELTS texts where the first paragraph is an introduction and the last paragraph is a conclusion. In this kind of text, if you match some vocabulary in a heading with some vocabulary in the middle of a body paragraph, like in the example above, you're probably going to get the wong answer.

Have a look at an example of this type of question in an official IELTS practice test, e.g. one of the tests in the book Cambridge IELTS 8, and try using these guidelines to help you decide on the main idea of each paragraph.

Can you please help me with bunch of tips..please..I think my ability to depict the main idea is very bad..but I want to score at least 8 bands please bless me with some precious tips about reading.
