Hi

The Top 100 Tools for Learning 2011 has been released and we’re very happy to say that we use four of the top 10 to help IELTS candidates prepare for the IELTS test.

The list is from an annual survey of over 500 learning professionals worldwide.

The tools that we use in the top 10 are:

  • Youtube (at number 2)
  • Skype (at number 4)
  • WordPress (at number 5)
  • Moodle (at number 8 on the list)

We use Youtube to post videos showing different parts of the IELTS test, performances and advice from IELTS candidates, and advice about how to prepare for the IELTS test. You can see our Youtube videos on our YouTube channel.

We use Skype and Moodle (an online course management system) to deliver our IELTS tutoring service, and our IELTS preparation blog is built on WordPress.

We also help over 2000 IELTS candidates with their IELTS preparation on Facebook (number 15 on the list).

We’ll continue using these great tools to help you and other candidates prepare for the IELTS test next year.
